• Slick and Fast: Our address book user interface is fully integrated with WebMail and takes advantage of modern web broswer features (like AJAX and Browser-based storage) to make use of address books easy and the feature set powerful. Some features include: drag and drop entries, instant searching and sorting, fast entry creation, entry tagging and color coding, selecting multiple entries or multiple address books using the mouse.
• Detailed: Keep track of over 80 different types of information for each contact including personal, business, and other addresses, custom fields, multiple email addresses and phone numbers, and much more.
• Outlook, Outlook Express, Tunderbird, Entourage: Fully compatible with many email clients. Address Book WebAides are pre-configured to make importing from and exporting to these and other email programs a snap.

• Outlook Synchronization:** LuxSci provides a special "WebAideSynch" plugin for Outlook versions 2002 and higher that allows you to import, export, and synchronize your Outlook Contacts with your personal or shared LuxSci Address Books at the touch of a button.
• Import/Export: Import or Export your address books using CSV or vCard (.vcf) files. Our Import Wizard makes it easy to import from any source that can produce data stored in thes supported formats.
• Global Sharing: Share your address book(s) with your entire account or domain.
• Fine-Grained Sharing:** Share your address books with specific users or user groups. Specify access controls such as read, edit, create, delete on a per-user or per-group basis. It is easy to have a single or multiple corporate address books shared with some or all employees.
• Multiple Address Books:** Users can have multiple address books and subscribe to a subset of their address books for easy viewing and usage.
• Consolidated Views: View, search, and sort the contents of any combination of your accessible address books quickly and easily.
• LDAP Access: Search your WebAide Address Books directly from your email client using read-only LDAP.
• Email Composition: Our address books are tightly integrated with WebMail email composition. The To, Cc, and Bcc address inputs auto-complete and give smart suggestions from your address books (by searching email, name, company, and nickname fields). Additionally, the pop-up address book viewer tool makes it very easy to search your address books and select entries for use during email composition.

• Notes: Store arbitrary comments about your contacts using the "Notes" field.
• Attach Files:** You can attach any number of files of any size to your Address Book entries.
• Tags: You can tag your entries with any number of labels to aid in sorting, searching, and categorization. The same tag system is used across all WebAides and in WebMail for your email messages.
• Search: You can extensively search address books.
• Access Control:** Only people with a login to LuxSci's web site can possibly access your WebAide (it is not public). You can specify exactly who has permission to view, add entries, edit entries, make comments, and administer your WebAide. You can specify this on a per user, per user group, and/or per account basis. You can share your WebAide with other members of your account and/or members of other accounts -- you decide.
• Additional Privacy: In addition to our access controls which allow you to specify exactly who can see your information, LuxSci has a very strict privacy policy - our technical support staff will never access your WebAide data without your prior consent.
• Date Tracking: Tracks created and modified dates for all entries.
• Basic anti-Spam White List: You can configure your basic Spam & Virus filter so that messages from anyone in your address book are never considered Spam.
• Auto-Add Entries: Automatically add entries to your address book for all recipients of messages you send from Web Mail.
• API:** Access address book information via our User API. This allows you to write custom programs that import, export, and synchronize address book data with your LuxSci WebAide Address Books.

All WebMail users have access to personal address books which provide almost all of the features listed above at no additional cost!
