• Slick and Fast: Our calendar user interface is fully integrated with WebMail and takes advantage of modern web broswer features (like AJAX and Browser-based storage) to make use of calendars easy and the feature set powerful. Some features include: drag and drop entries, instant searching and sorting, fast entry creation, entry tagging and color coding, selecting multiple entries or multiple calendars books using the mouse.
• Detailed: Keep track of many different types of information for each appointment including notes, event date, duration, location, priority, etc.
• Compatible: Compatible with many programs. Calendar WebAides are pre-configured to make synchronization with Outlook and other programs a snap.
• Multiple Views: View your calendars using single day, work week, full week, or monthly views.
• Import/Export: Import or Export your calendars using CSV or iCal files. Our Import Wizard makes it easy to import from any source that can produce data stored in CSV files.
• Global Sharing: Share your calendar with your entire account or domain.
• Non-Global Sharing:** Share your calendars with other users of user groups. It is easy to have a single or multiple corporate calendars shared with some or all employees.
• Reminders: Supports emailed reminders to one or more addresses. You can configure when these reminders are sent.
• Recurrence: Supports extensive daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recurrence patterns. Supports editing and deleting individual events in a recurrence pattern.
• Assignment: Assign events to specific users and/or groups of people, or create private events that only you can see.
• Multiple Calendars: Users can have multiple calendars and subscribe to a subset of their calendars for easy viewing and usage.
• Consolidated Views: View, search, and sort the contents of any combination of your accessible calendars quickly and easily.
• Notes: Store arbitrary comments about your events using the "Notes" field.
• Attach Files:** You can attach any number of files to your events entries.
• Tags: You can tag your entries with any number of labels to aid in sorting, searching, and categorization. The same tag system is used across all WebAides and in WebMail for your email messages.
• Search: You can extensively search calendars.
• Access Control:** Only people with a login to LuxSci's web site can possibly access your WebAide (it is not public). You can specify exactly who has permission to view, add entries, edit entries, make comments, and administer your WebAide. You can specify this on a per user, per user group, and/or per account basis. You can share your WebAide with other members of your account and/or members of other accounts -- you decide.
• Additional Privacy: In addition to our access controls which allow you to specify exactly who can see your information, LuxSci has a very strict privacy policy - our technical support staff will never access your WebAide data without your prior consent.
• Date Tracking: Tracks created and modified dates for all entries.
• Outlook Synchronization:** LuxSci provides a special "WebAideSynch" plugin for Outlook versions 2002 and higher that allows you to import, export, and synchronize your Outlook Appointments with your personal or shared LuxSci Calendars at the touch of a button.
• API:** Access calendar information via our User API. This allows you to write custom programs that import, export, and synchronize calendar data with your LuxSci WebAide Calendars.

All WebMail users have access to personal calendars which provide almost all of the features listed above at no additional cost!
